Over the past week I’ve worked out each day and adjusted my macronutrient intake to 20% fat, 35% protein, and 45% carbohydrates.
I am doing this so I can keep up with my kids. I want to play with them all day and not grow tired and sore.
It’s working. It’s also toughening them up in the right ways. On Sunday, while I was doing 100 burpees on the muddy lawn in a heavy rain, my 4 year old (turned 4 Saturday!) came out on his new scooter (thanks Violetta and Lili!) in his pajamas with his rain boots on the wrong feet and scooted around without any concern about getting wet.
I have been neglecting some things though.
I have not solved a BLOCKING issue. My space bar on my keyboard is broken, which means I’m having to work hard to put each space in this newsletter. This is keeping me from several things I’d like to be doing. SoWhyHaven’tISolvedIt?IForgotMyRule:DealWithBlockingIssuesImmediately.
